The bredent GmbH & is looking for a Department Head for Hospitality and Facility Management (m/f/d) at our location in Witzighausen as soon as possible.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Organization and management of hospitality for customer and employee events
Leadership, motivation, and development of the hospitality and facility management team at both locations
Preparation and followup of meetings (including room setup, organization of catering, etc.)
Support for company events
Refilling, cleaning, and maintenance of beverage/coffee machines
Responsibility for the employee cafeteria
Purchasing and ordering
Coordination of cleaning and maintenance of all premises, common areas, functional spaces, and sanitary facilities at both locations
Ensuring compliance with legal and company hygiene regulations and occupational safety guidelines
Vacation and sick leave coverage at the Witzighausen and Senden locations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Professional experience in the field of household management, building cleaning, or hotel industry, or a successfully completed vocational training in one of these areas
Leadership skills
Polite manners and a well
