We are currently seeking new employees for our location in West Amana, IA:
BARISTA (m/f/d) Full-time


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of highquality coffee specialties (espresso machine, brew bar) using the latest technology
  • Preparation of other hot and cold drinks
  • Adjusting the grinders and espresso machine
  • Adhering to and ensuring hygiene standards at BIRDIE & CO.
  • Living and sharing knowledge and passion for coffee (accompanying training provided by BIRDIE & CO.)
  • Actively supporting the team in service and order taking
  • Adhering to the selfmonitoring concept according to HACCP, as well as legal requirements for occupational safety

Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing coffee specialties using an espresso machine
  • Latte art skills
  • Positive vibes only
  • Able to remain calm and composed during peak times
  • Guest satisfaction is your top priority
