Job Summary:
Duties:
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Conduct research on tax laws and regulations
- Analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary tax documents
Experience:
- Tax preparation and review experience
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Background in public accounting preferred
- Ability to perform account reconciliations efficiently
- Understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger entries
Pay:
$75, $90,000.00 per year
