    Description

    MIMS GROUP is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is truly passionate and driven. With over a century of experience, we are industry pioneers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our existing base of 2,000 clients, as well as expanding our network by nurturing relationships and generating new leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks effectively.

    As you become proficient in our systems and processes, you will transition into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on existing systems
    • Provide daily field activity reports using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational and attention to detail
    • Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Effective prioritization and delegation skills
    • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
    • Passion for client service and relationship building
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
    • Community involvement mindset
    • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Must have a clear background and reliable transportation
    • 45-day minimum evaluation period before progression
