Role Overview:
The Associate Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our B2B marketing efforts. This position requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between digital, event, and traditional marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Event Marketing:
Plan, coordinate, and execute industry-specific events, seminars, and trade shows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
Leverage events to generate leads and strengthen client relationships.
Traditional Marketing:
Create compelling content for print materials, brochures, and advertisements.
Manage direct mail campaigns and other traditional marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Video for social media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, bonus if in the construction or HVAC industry.
Proficiency in the following tools:
Hubspot
Microsoft 365
Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision.
