Technical Manager (Laboratory) – Hamburg

Our client, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions, is seeking a full-time Technical Manager (m/f/d/x) for their Hamburg location. With a global network of over 1,000 laboratories and offices in 100 countries, our client specializes in exceeding customer expectations in areas such as quality, health, environment, safety, and corporate social responsibility.

Role Overview: As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for leading laboratory operations and ensuring excellence in technical processes to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Staff Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with both customers and laboratory personnel.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee the performance management of the operational lab team.
  • Method Optimization: Develop and optimize analytical and laboratory methods.
  • Equipment Management: Expand and maintain analyzers and the LIMS system.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the Quality Management/Quality Control (QM/QC) system in the laboratory, adhering to ISO 17025 standards.
