Medical Office Manager (Chinese speaking).PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates or Bachelor's degree desired.
- Licensure: None.
- Experience: Prefer one year of work experience in a medical office setting. Knowledge of computer and medical terminology desired.
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
- Administer, direct and coordinates activities relating to the operation of the medical office including financial key operational performance measures.
- Scheduling, front and clinical operations and staffing, facility maintenance and inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
HOURS:
- Full Time (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 912:30p and 2p5:30p / Wednesday 8a12p / Friday and Saturday 9a1p).

Language requirement:
- Must speak Mandarin and English fluently.
- Preferable to also be able to speak Cantonese.
SOME RESPONSIBILTIES OF THE JOB:

- Manage the daily operations of the practice, including front and back office operations, patient scheduling, and insurance verification.
- Train and supervise office staff to ensure that they are providing highquality service to our patients and their families.
- Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Work with medical staff to ensure efficient patient care.
- Assist in staff HR.
- Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
- Assist with marketing and patient outreach efforts.
- Assemble and provide production reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures as needed.
- Assist with weekly office meetings.
