The Job

For the Claims Service Center (SSC), Property Claims Department, of the Customer Service Directorate in Stuttgart, we are looking for a Group Leader (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for your team in terms of organization, discipline, and expertise
You will increase customer and sales satisfaction by consistently meeting our service level agreements
You will analyze and optimize all claims processing processes and ensure the achievement of agreedupon claims goals
Together with your team, you will provide the promised service to our customers and financial advisors, being there for them as a lifetime partner
You will manage the team's personnel deployment and be responsible for the targeted development and advancement of your employees

What we are looking for
