Description

Responsibilities:

• Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Keep the parking lot organized and clean
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked and retrieved

Skills:

• Retail math: Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions
• Cash handling: Experience handling cash and operating a cash register
• Bilingual: Proficiency in more than one language to effectively communicate with diverse customers
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of valet parking procedures: Familiarity with valet parking operations and protocols
• Experience in a dealership setting: Previous experience working in an automotive dealership is a plus
• Strong customer service skills: Ability to provide friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
