Hiring a Construction Recruiter for a large facility
Company is growing, new projects in NYC to hire electricians for.
Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Recruit Field personnel in a timely manner, and in accordance with Operational Needs.
Ensure approved high-volume recruitment process is followed for improved time to fill/conversion efficiency.
Adequate number of qualified candidates are identified and screened.
Work with Operations to develop a robust Workforce Plan and Execute it accordingly.
Creative sourcing tactics are used on a weekly basis College, Diversity, Military, and other targeted recruiting tactics are deployed.
Community Sources are set up and provide hires on a consistent basis.
Onboard new hires including verifying and maintaining employee documentation.
Assist with HRIS administration and accurately maintain personnel records and related files.
Ensure FSG is utilizing our ATS in the best productive way. Adjust, Implement, Train and Maintain as needed to ensure consistency.
Weekly recruitment reports are pulled from ATS, and used as a management tool to target critical accounts and recruitment efforts.
Ensure client concerns are addressed, acted on and improved in the proper time frame.
Educate and Influence, using Data Analytics.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Qualifications:
2+ years in recruiting in construction OR field positions
Electrical Experience is a plus/ Agency Recruiting bground preferable but no required
Experience with Paycom software or similar a major plus
Work Environment:
50% in office, 50% in the field recruiting individuals for electrician jobs
