Position Summary:


The Order Management/Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison, provide product/services information, process orders and resolve any emerging problems with customer accounts.

Manages assigned customer accounts, from entry to delivery, to ensure customers' expectations are achieved.


Responsibilities:


  • Manages orders from entry to delivery, for assigned accounts to ensure the customer's expectations are met.
  • Acts as primary contact in understanding and responding to customer needs and issues.
  • Proactively anticipates problems, and effectively resolves them before they become major issues.
  • Supports inventory management by monitoring and reporting inventory status and initiating recommendations and actions to adjust or replenish inventory levels.
  • Develops relationships with other departments to assure accurate order pricing and product on all customer orders
  • Prepares clear, concise reports, documentation, and routine customer correspondence.
  • Promptly address any customer complaint for damages, shortages and incorrect quantity or item and see them through to resolution
  • Support the Customer Service Manager with other tasks as required
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Prior industry customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency using technology, including MS Office software:
  • Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively communicate and followup with questions, comments or concerns in the manufacturing environment

Pay:
$19.50 per hour
