Description

Responsibilities:


  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy of received materials
  • Unload and unpack materials, ensuring proper handling and storage
  • Label and organize stockroom inventory according to established procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including picking and packing materials
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and warehouse areas
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or stockroom environment preferred
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $28.23 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
