- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Understand and execute BEO forms
- Demonstrate knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Follow work schedules and assignments
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- TABC and Food Handler certificate required; Safe-serve certification preferred
- Prior serving experience, preferably in a resort environment, is beneficial
- Familiarity with ala carte and fine dining practices
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- High standards of appearance and grooming
