Job Description:

  • Management: You will manage development projects with a focus on desktop application development and embedded software for rheological measuring devices. You will be responsible for planning and conceptualization in close coordination with our developers, system and software architects.
  • Responsibility: You will ensure the fulfillment of requirements and adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget. Even in critical project phases, you will maintain a cool head, prioritize project tasks, and seek targeted solutions.
  • Monitoring: You will continuously evaluate the project status, report to the steering board, and conduct regular meetings with your project team.

Requirements:

  • Professional Qualifications: You have a completed technical university degree (FH, TU or similar), preferably in the software field. Additional training in project management is advantageous.
  • Experience: You have expertise in project management and are familiar with common project management frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Knowledge of professional software development (C# or C++) is desirable.
  • Versatility: You have proficiency in German and advanced English skills, both written and spoken. You enjoy working in a team and taking on project responsibility. You have the ability to communicate effectively and motivate both your project team and clients. Understanding and sensitivity for complex technical products complete your profile.
