- Demonstrated passion and acumen in investments - Curiosity and passion for equity markets, evolving research processes, and communication skills are essential. Experience in technology companies such as software or internet is preferred;

- 2-5 years of relevant experience as an Equity or Credit Analyst in asset management, hedge fund, investment bank or private equity firm, with a solid understanding of financial statements;

- Strong academic background. Progress towards CFA/CAIA Charter is a plus;

About the Role
Position
We are looking for a candidate to join Wellington's Early Career Investor Program as a Research Associate on one of the Equity Hedge Fund teams based in Boston.
The team employs a fundamental approach to identify investment opportunities in the technology and consumer sectors on a global scale.This individual will collaborate within a team, specializing in investment research, detailed company analysis, idea generation, and portfolio monitoring across various sectors and countries.
