Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Screen telephone calls and answer routine inquiries
- Prepare new hire packets and onboarding material
- Conduct background checks for new hires
- Enter files and ensure all documents are stored correctly in our database
- Complete requests for employment verification and changes to personal information
- Post open positions on the our websites career page and job boards
- Assist with other HR duties.
Qualifications
- Organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
