    We are looking for a Community Association Manager to join our team!
    Neighborhood Management, LLC is in search of a Manager to collaborate with Homeowners Associations in Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Previous experience in Association Management or Multi-Family Management is a bonus, but not mandatory for the right candidate. We need someone motivated, detail-oriented, and loves helping others.

    Responsibilities:

    • Investigate and resolve homeowner complaints
    • Process work order and repair requests promptly
    • Manage neighborhood contractors (landscapers, maintenance personnel, pool managers, etc.)
    • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations in collaboration with Board members and residents
    • Maintain regular communication with board members and residents, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in property management or related fields
    • Ability to establish rapport with homeowners
    • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
