Our client

As a personnel consultancy, we are looking for you as a Manager (m/f/d) for our client in Berlin, who is a leader in the consulting industry and takes on large construction and infrastructure projects in all phases of performance as a representative for their clients. We are looking for a dedicated architect, civil engineer or industrial engineer with professional experience, who is numerically inclined and develops and manages these complex projects in interdisciplinary teams.

Interest and knowledge in ecological construction are desirable. As a manager, you will work with a lot of creative freedom in a very collegial corporate culture.

Your tasks

Management of complex construction projects or portfolio management in all project phases
Design and implementation of multi-project management
Preparation of feasibility studies (technical and economic), variant and economic viability studies
Development of current market studies on climate neutrality, BIM, timber construction, digitization of construction processes, etc.
Participation in complex procedures for awarding large real estate projects, from bid evaluation to conducting negotiation talks
Consulting on conversions

Your profile

Completed degree in industrial engineering, civil engineering, architecture or real estate management
Several years of professional experience in project management, project development or in an architectural firm
