Your responsibilities:


  • Strategic and operational management of the engineering and maintenance departments of the plant.
  • Ensuring the operational readiness of the site and continuous optimization of production facilities, taking into account health, safety, environmental, and fire protection.
  • Developing strategic concepts for digitizing equipment, process improvement, resource conservation, and CO2 reduction.
  • Investment and budget planning as well as implementation of major projects.
  • Ensuring the methodical use of Kaizen tools for performance improvement.

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Leadership experience in the technical field, fluent language skills in German and English, and solid knowledge of common MS OfficeTM products complete your profile.
