As the Operations Manager, you're essential in managing the day-to-day activities of our first Texas Branch This includes ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to high standards of service and compliance.

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, confident in their work, and able to manage their tasks independently. This person will manage daily operations, develop employees, and interact with high-level customers while maintaining positivity and professionalism


Overview of Daily Tasks:

• Perform basic truck diagnostics and maintenance on vehicles
• Employee coaching and disciplinary action
• Ensuring daily jobs are executed smoothly
• Ensuring data entry is accurate, timely, and communicated to necessary parties across all platforms
• Track data to forecast production needs and operational performance
• Coordinate logistics related to the transportation of people, materials, tools, consumables, and equipment to the job site, including the scheduling of jobs
• Forecast labor needs and execute daily and weekly dispatching.
• Drive efficiency improvements across all operations to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
• Ability to adapt to changing resource and crew requirements
• Ensure adherence to quality standards in all operational processes
• Conduct employee development and training according to company standards.
• Uphold the PDX Movers brand and embody company values.
• Address additional tasks and responsibilities as required by the evolving needs of the business.
