**Marketing & Sales Associate**

Marian Press, a leading international Catholic non-profit publisher is seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Associate. Located in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, the position provides great exposure to all aspects of the Marian Press marketing channels including direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and print and digital channel marketing. Candidates should be energetic, problem-solving self-starters with impeccable attention to detail, and possess a proactive, independent approach to work.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Provide general support to the manager of Marian Press

Routine telephone sales outreach to existing and new retail customers and market partners

Support bookseller customer sales relationships with key retail and distributor accounts in all channels

Generate email marketing campaigns

Execute bookseller and media mailings

Help with the creation of print and digital ads

Coordinate placement of ads in digital, print and other outlets

**Education/Experience:**

2+ years of experience, degree preferable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, Sheets, Pages

Some level of experience with common e-commerce platforms

Experience in publishing, bookselling or digital content marketing a plus

**Qualifications:**

Pleasant and professional

Dependable and punctual

Effective planning and organizational skills

Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to handle stress

High regard for confidentiality and security
