Merchant Industry offers comprehensive services, including dual pricing card processing, surcharging programs, ISO sales agent programs, industry training, cash advance programs, and various equipment solutions such as POS systems, terminals, and virtual gateway equipment.
We are growing rapidly and looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our existing merchants.Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM to document actions taken and resolution with customers.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, Risk, and Underwriting.
- Provide support to new and existing merchants including transaction and batch questions, daily deposits, settlement and ACH questions, month end statements, and general customer service questions
- Provide information regarding Merchant Industry's products and services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years' Customer Service experience in banking or financial services
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM a plus
- Proven ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for customer service and creative problem solving skills
Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday availability from 9am6pm or 10am7pm, flexibility required
- Rotating Saturdays 10am4pm (once every 2 months)
