    Full-Time, Remote position

    Theranica USA, situated in Bridgewater, NJ, a subsidiary of Theranica Bioelectronics, an Israeli bio-medical technology company, dedicated to creating innovative non-invasive medical devices for migraine treatment. Their flagship product, Nerivio, is an FDA-cleared medical device for migraine treatment. If you want to be part of the Nerivio Cares team, keep reading!

    We are seeking a Nerivio Cares Representative to contribute to the company's Patient Journey programs, collaborating with various departments and reporting to the manager.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and support Nerivio Cares Customer Support daily operations.
    • Handle incoming call center inquiries through phone/email/chat.
    • Use Standard Responses to address requests, escalating as needed.
    • Document all patient interactions in QuickBase Customer Feedback.
    • Manage US-based patient shipments for Device Recycling Program and Special Request equipment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of customer-facing service or support experience.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology, pharmacy/medical insurance, and claims process.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based software (Intercom, Zendesk, JIRA, QuickBase).
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to follow SOPs, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
    • Capable of handling stressful situations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
    • Quiet workspace with no distractions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 2+ years in pharmaceutical/healthcare sector, patient support experience a plus.
    • Technical background with apps and devices is advantageous.
    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or equivalent work experience.

    Benefits
