- Bid Coordination:Effectively coordinate and manage all facets of the estimation process, from receiving bid notifications to ensuring timely and accurate bid submissions.
- Take-Offs and Budgeting:Conduct comprehensive take-offs, meticulously analyze project requirements, and develop accurate budgets that align with project specifications.
- Customer RFQ Responses:Respond promptly and professionally to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs), providing detailed and competitive estimates that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Documentation Management:Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to estimates, ensuring accessibility for reference and review.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information and insights for accurate estimations.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and construction methodologies, contributing to ongoing improvements in estimating processes and strategies.
- Fill out the simple application.

- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
