Your tasks:

  • You plan the deployment of employees in production, coordinate the consecutive work steps, and provide the necessary documents for it.
  • You monitor the timely progress of work processes, observe and evaluate the progress, and report to the production management.
  • You identify potential for optimization in workstations. You make suggestions for additional equipment, such as fixtures or tools, and arrange for their provision.
  • You work on the continuous improvement of our work processes.

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical vocational training or degree
  • Practical experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing industry or in a trade, e.g. in the field of electrical engineering, textile processing, but also in another industry.
  • Good technical understanding and manual skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
  • Good computer skills, with a focus on ERP
