Job Description

This role is hybrid remote with 60% weekly in-office presence in Mount Prospect, Illinois. (3 days in office per week)

Act as a profit and growth manager for Power Tools North America (PTNA) by developing and maintaining PTNA pricing strategies and steering the direction for customer negotiations.

Ensure harmonization across channels and align with PTNA KPI's.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Analytical think tank for pricing requirements (pricing intelligence for price increases, PLRs, etc).

Identify strategic customer/products/segments that require pricing adjustments to achieve higher margins, enhance market value and/or increase win rates.

Ownership of the UP policy guidelines, implementation and enforcement and drive cross-functional team within ONE PTNA

Evaluate rebate & co-op agreements and determine where we need to negotiate for more equitable terms across channels including backend customer charges

Develop and deploy a ONE PTNA pricing strategy across business segments and sales channels to achieve sales KPIs.

Implement a harmonized regional terms & conditions concept for PTNA

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics or Finance with 5+ years of experience in relevant field

Business Unit and/or finance experience

Detail-oriented and organized to manage multiple projects in unison.

Results-driven

Highly analytical with a problem-solving aptitude

Proven ability to coordinate and manage topics cross-functionally

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong business acumen with understanding of financial KPI's

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
