What we achieve together:

For our assistant team in Frankfurt, we are looking for a full-time partner assistant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. You will be part of a team of five.

  • You will be the first point of contact (m/f/d) for our hkp///group partners and provide strong support with organizational matters.
  • You will manage the calendars of the partners assigned to you and ensure a smooth daily routine.
  • You will take care of travel management and be responsible for scheduling, travel planning, hotel bookings, expense reports, etc.
  • You will be responsible for telephone and written correspondence with business partners, customers, and clients in German and English.
  • You will plan, prepare, and manage internal meetings and external events (physical & virtual) and actively support daily business operations.
