Who We Are:


Who You Are:


The Air Force Manpower SME will support the Headquarters Air Force Office of Manpower and Personnel by overseeing the team's communication strategies, reporting, and media practices.


What You'll Do:

This person will then assist in making recommendations to leadership on ways to improve information distribution throughout the enterprise. The SME will help the team of about 4 people with AF/A1 specific questions and help provide client context.


What You'll Bring:


  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years' experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • Background or degree in Human Resources preferred.
  • Air Force manpower or personnel experience preferred.

Location Requirements
This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working at the Pentagon.


Compensation

Expected Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000
