For our client, an internationally operating dealer for machinery, technology, and vehicles, we are looking for a graduate to examine logistic invoices in a direct placement.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:

Within the team, you will process both written and electronic invoices and credit notes from suppliers
For this, you will also check the recorded goods in the system, compare them with the corresponding supplier invoice, and make corrections if necessary
You will also support in returns and complaint management, check deviations in quantities and prices, and record incorrect deliveries in the system
Finally, you will handle international correspondence and work closely with the relevant internal departments

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

You have successfully completed your studies, for example in business administration with a focus on accounting, and have gained initial experience in a similar field through student jobs or internships
You have a secure knowledge of MS Office programs and may have already gained knowledge in an ERP system such as SAP
You work responsibly and independently and have a strategic and analytical mindset
Finally, you have a structured and organized way of working and have good communication skills
