We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide shift care for a cheerful and communicative patient in their home.

Weekend, Daytime, and night shifts available.

This position is ideal for someone who values a warm and relaxed family-centric work environment and seeks to make a meaningful impact in individual care.

We are seeking a nurse to work Saturdays and / or Sundays overnight shifts. 12 hour shifts would be preferred, but alternate hours can be discussed.


Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and care for a patient.
• Administer medications, and other treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and respond to any changes in the patient's condition.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and family to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic support to the patient and family.

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in California.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Training will be provided.
