MANAGEMENT SA5 is a fast-growing, Jenkintown, PA.We are a construction company who build in Philadelphia and are looking for a property project administrator with experience (dealing with, inspectors, City of Philadelphia L&I, tax abetments and Eclipse, administration ground up project, invoices, office work, Zoning variances ).

The position requires a high attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work in a face paced environment.
Primary responsibilities include:
Working with websites such as L&I, Eclipse, City of Philadelphia website, etc
management data entry. MUST be organize, problem solver and know all construction projects
permits and licenses on new projects
**Schedule inspections for all jobs (L&I, Via Eclipse )
**Satisfying and/or finding resolutions to violations on our properties: with Sheriff's Office, PGW, L&I, etc
**Making sure all jobs/projects are up to date.
**Traveling to L&I, sheriff office, court when needed (maybe once a month)
**Looking on web sites for materials/new vendors for quotes/Lumber.
**Tax clearance - L&I
**Organize paperwork, filing, etc
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel) is a must****Professional and highly organized, with the ability to multi-task
**Ability to work under pressure (10+ projects at once at times)
knowledge of TRELLO** website its a plus (easy to learn)
**management data entry.
