YOUR TASKS:


  • You ensure a smooth workflow in the service department every day
  • Guest satisfaction is your top priority
  • You assist with setting up and dismantling the dining area and placing reservations
  • You take care of, advise, and serve our guests
  • Your main focus is on serving drinks and food, as well as handling payments (cash, debit and credit cards)
  • You are also responsible for handling complaints to ensure the wellbeing of our guests
  • You assist with inventory management
  • You work with us during the coolest party nights

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Ideally, you have some previous experience in the service industry
  • You thrive in interacting with guests
  • You are open and communicative
  • You give your all to ensure guest satisfaction at all times
  • You approach guests with charm and charisma and enjoy communicating with them
  • You work well in a team and can motivate yourself to perform at your best every day
