YOUR TASKS:

  • Independent maintenance of mechanical systems in technical building equipment
  • Proactive repair and maintenance
  • Conducting inspection rounds and walkthroughs
  • Monitoring of technical systems using building management technology (Desigo)
  • Digital documentation of completed tasks via mobile devices

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education, e.g. as a HVAC systems mechanic / industrial mechanic / mechatronics technician or equivalent
  • Customer-oriented, dedicated employees who value teamwork and reliability
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience
