Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist Bookkeeper.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner both written and electronic.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Scan and file documents & receipts both physical & electronic.
- Monitor level of supplies and order as needed.
- Maintain Insurance for properties
- Breakdown credit cards charges
- Must be willing to
work as a team and anything less will not be acceptable. - Must have the ability to retain what is instructed from one day to the next.
- Must have dependable transportation & a valid driver's license.

Must have Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks
- Self-Motivated
- Detail Orientated
- Organized
- Working knowledge of office equipment computer, scanner, printer, etc.
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Criminal background and credit checks will be performed
Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- hands on Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- hands ok Quickbooks: 3 years (preferred)
