Description

Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist Bookkeeper.
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner both written and electronic.
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Scan and file documents & receipts both physical & electronic.
  • Monitor level of supplies and order as needed.
  • Maintain Insurance for properties
  • Breakdown credit cards charges
  • Must be willing to
    work as a team and anything less will not be acceptable.
  • Must have the ability to retain what is instructed from one day to the next.
  • Must have dependable transportation & a valid driver's license.

Must have Skills:


  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and QuickBooks
  • Self-Motivated
  • Detail Orientated
  • Organized
  • Working knowledge of office equipment computer, scanner, printer, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Criminal background and credit checks will be performed

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:


  • High school or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- hands on Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
- hands ok Quickbooks: 3 years (preferred)
