We are currently seeking a Senior Director for our Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Singapore, Bonn, or Malaysia.

In this role, you will oversee the vision, strategy, and development of our MS Dynamics digital technologies platform, ensuring it is fully functional and utilized across DHL Express globally.

As a senior leader, you will have a deep understanding of both the Express business and Microsoft Dynamics, serving as a global interface.


Your responsibilities will include establishing and managing a cross-functional CoE using an agile DevOps model, defining the vision for the MS Dynamics platform, acting as a key point of contact for MS Dynamics within Express, and managing and driving CoE programs.

You will also contribute to the success of DHL by designing and building the CoE organization, driving initiatives for global and regional stakeholders, managing resources and productivity, and translating the vision into an annual roadmap.
