Maximus is currently looking for a Recruiter at the Phoenix, AZ location. The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for both non-exempt and exempt level staff.

The Recruiter develops strong relationships within the community utilizing numerous techniques including:
high volume sourcing, social media platforms, attending job fairs, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience. -Must have general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
Strong ability to communicate on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
Degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree with 3 years of experience.
This is an onsite position in Phoenix AZ with a hybrid work schedule.
