The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring
Process customer policy change requests
Work daily service alerts received at the agency
Cross-sell products to existing agency customers
Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
Requirements:
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
Excellent communication skills:
written, verbal, and listening
Must be willing to attain a P/C or L/H license with company assistance
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be motivated and determined
Must be coachable
