Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to individuals in need, ensuring their well-being and comfort.


Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry
• Support individuals with dementia care needs
• Engage in social activities and provide companionship
• Ensure resident rights are respected at all times
• Monitor and report changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Experience or certification in home care, nursing, or caregiving is preferred
• Knowledge of patient care practices and protocols
• Ability to clean and maintain a safe environment
• Understanding of senior care principles, including dementia care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards individuals in need

From $18.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
• Overnight shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Laguna Woods, CA: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
