YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for organizing, conducting, and following up on various international training measures, both onsite and online
  • You will manage our digital training tools and continuously develop the learning landscape at Rödl & Partner
  • You will advise internal stakeholders on the development of new training concepts
  • You will create elearning courses and ensure the quality of these trainings
  • You will support and advise our colleagues on questions regarding further education

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business, social sciences, or humanities, or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you already have practical experience in human resources development, training management, or working with learning management systems
  • You have a structured, solutionoriented, and independent way of working, organizational skills, and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • You are proficient in common MS Office programs and ideally have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • With your excellent German and good English skills, you can confidently convey complex issues to our international colleagues
