YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for organizing, conducting, and following up on various international training measures, both onsite and online
You will manage our digital training tools and continuously develop the learning landscape at Rödl & Partner
You will advise internal stakeholders on the development of new training concepts
You will create elearning courses and ensure the quality of these trainings
You will support and advise our colleagues on questions regarding further education

YOUR PROFILE

You have a degree in business, social sciences, or humanities, or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you already have practical experience in human resources development, training management, or working with learning management systems
You have a structured, solutionoriented, and independent way of working, organizational skills, and enjoy taking on responsibility
You are proficient in common MS Office programs and ideally have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning
With your excellent German and good English skills, you can confidently convey complex issues to our international colleagues
