Customer Service Representative
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with our customers and sales rep to answer questions and provide accurate information about our products.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Obtaining customer's details and billing information.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, and comments.
- Informing customers about prices, shipping dates, and availability.
- Making and receiving calls from vendors to check product availability and leadtimes.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prior work experience in customer service
- Data Entry experience
- Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
- Strong verbal communicator
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with MS Office and data programs
- Knowledge of Sage/Peach tree is a plus.
- High School Diploma
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
