We are excited to announce the opening of a new Acute Rehab Unit in Lewiston, Idaho, and are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN in our Acute Rehab Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities:

Assessing and analyzing patient needs and developing individualized care plans

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history

Educating patients on their medical conditions and treatment plans

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care is integrated and comprehensive

Ensuring patient safety by adhering to established protocols, policies, and procedures

Evaluating patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed

Requirements

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Idaho

Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
