As an RN in the Acute Rehab Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery.
Registered Nurse (RN) - NEW Acute Rehab Unit Location: Lewiston, IdahoSalary: $66, $112,095.00 Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm Bonus Details:
Qualified candidates who commit to a two-year employment agreement will be eligible for a $15,000 bonus, paid out incrementally over the commitment period.
RELOCATION PACKAGE
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
Educate patients and their families on recovery goals and self-care techniques.
