- Prendre en charge les demandes clients : réception des commandes, intégration des commandes dans le TMS, prise de rendez-vous, suivi des dossiers et interface avec les Exploitants transports
- Assurer une communication proactive auprès des clients concernant la prise en charge et le déroulement des transports
- Veiller à la conformité des documents de transport et à leur numérisation au retour de tournée
- Contrôler les tarifs et assurer la gestion et le suivi des demandes de frais
- Identifier les situations de litige et proposer des actions correctives
- Prendre en charge ponctuellement des missions annexes et périphériques à l'activité d'exploitation
- Bac à Bac+2 Gestion Administration ou en Transport serait un plus
- Première expérience dans l'environnement du transport ou de la logistique serait un plus
