Responsibilities:
Rockford Center is Delaware's first private psychiatric facility and remains a leader in providing behavioral health care services and continues its commitment to providing quality health care.
Rockford Center, a 138-bed acute psychiatric hospital continues to provide a full continuum of behavioral health services to geriatrics, adults, adolescents, and children.
Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the preboarding and onboarding processes, working closely with the HR Teams to ensure a smooth transition to New Hire Orientation
- Gather and analyze data with useful recruitment metrics, such as time to fill, and work with HR Director on process improvements
- Provide support to employees on Human Resources questions and needs
- Maintain all confidential Human Resources records within compliance requirements
- Partnering closely with the Staff Educator to schedule and maintain hospital training
- Assist the Human Resources Director in preparing for various regulatory surveys and audits

Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
- Minimum Two years' experience Human resources experience including recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment; experience in Healthcare or nurse recruitment highly preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- Experience with Applicant Tracking systems and HRIS a must; Icims experience a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong interviewing skills and a talent to build long lasting relationships
- Selfdriven and able to meet deadlines is a must
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
- Customer service focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
