To strengthen our technical department, we are looking for a full-time or part-time:

Architect / Civil Engineer as Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

In phases 1-4, you will support our project development team with planning optimizations and your expertise in building law. From phase 5 onwards, you will take on overall responsibility. You will holistically monitor the planning process (architects / specialist planners), manage tenders, and oversee construction progress. Projects typically range from 25 units to 150 units, with the possibility of a 270-unit neighborhood development. We have a considerable stock of land in the greater Ludwigsburg / Stuttgart area. All land and construction costs are financed with equity capital.
