We are seeking to expand our team by hiring a Customer Support Representative who will assist us in our market expansion in the telecommunications industry.

To ensure that we exceed our goals, we are looking for a highly-skilled Customer Support Representative who is detail oriented, maximizes the highest efficiency of professionalism, and will put our customers needs first.

Our mission is to provide support to our customers with individualized and professional approaches.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to train directly with our senior-level management leaders and gain extensive knowledge on how to effectively represent our clients.

Additionally, our Customer Support Representative will collaboratively work with some of our finest team members across other departments in sales, customer service, and account management.

We pride ourselves in the ongoing and diverse training we provide our Customer Support Representative's that truly allows them to grow into an established career.

The Customer Support Representative position is designed for someone with a true passion in customer service, customer support and creating value


Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:

  • Increase new customer acquisitions by utilizing product knowledge to educate potential customers on our client's products, services, and sales promotions to increase revenue generated
  • Identify potential customer concerns and facilitate proactive solutions
  • Ensure all customer records including contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package are correct before submitting to our sales team

Customer Support Representative Preferred Skills:


  • Charismatic, empathetic, and personable demeanor that is well perceived by potential customers and fellow Customer Support Representatives
  • Adaptable to fastpaced environments and flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Extroverted nature and confident in verbal communication, visual presentation, and public speaking
  • Solutionoriented and provides creative, clear, and concise responses to our customer's issues through critical thinking
  • Selfdriven, motivated, and eager to train with our seniorlevel Customer Support Representatives to develop stronger relationship building skills with our clients

Basic Qualifications for a Customer Support Representative:

  • High School diploma or comparable certification required
  • 12 years experience in a customer service, customer support, sales, or similar field is recommended
  • Flexible schedule and reliable transportation

Pay:
$42, $52,000.00 per year
