- Bachelors degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
- 5-10 years professional experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming and diagnostics.
- Extensive knowledge of electronic parts and specifications.
- Proven Project Management experience.
- Experience assisting with New Product Introductions (NPIs).
- Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and schematic creation.
- Powered holding and test equipment design experience.
- Must be a US citizen or hold a Green Card.
- Strong leadership skills working collaboratively.
- Design controls systems for assembly and test equipment to support production processes.
- Develop PLC and HMI programs using various platforms.
- Generate schematics and drawings for control systems.
- Perform pneumatic assembly and electrical wiring tasks.
- Oversee equipment builds, qualifications, and implementations.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers at all manufacturing sites.
- Investigate new technologies for manufacturing process needs.
- Assist NPIs (DFMA).
- Provide technical advice/support for AME & R&D Engineering.
- Assist in troubleshooting existing production equipment.
- Take on other assignments as deemed appropriate by the supervisor/manager.
- Able to travel 10?20% for work purposes.
