Description
Qualifications:
- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist Generalist license.
- Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution.
Details
- Identifies and resolves pending specimen results from Laboratory Information System.
- Appropriately addresses analytical and system performance.
- Manage sample storage, maintain reagents, and supply inventory.
- Maintains cleanliness of the work areas.
- Instrument QC and daily routine maintenance of the Flow cytometers.
- Documents quality control and outofrange results in an appropriate manner.
- Performs instrument comparison and alternate proficiency tests.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required for reagent preparation.
- Collaborates with equipment vendors to initiate maintenance or repairs of instruments.
- Follow safety procedures and utilize all safety devices and personal protective equipment per protocol.
Pay:
$ $52.00 per hour
