Description

For our Legal Department, we are currently seeking a Real Estate/Property Affairs Expert (m|f|d) to join our team as soon as possible. What you will be working on with us:

You will be responsible for managing the real estate assets of SWK companies/NGN
You will handle property purchases and sales, as well as property rentals and leases
You will secure station locations and pipeline rights through contract negotiations and registration of property rights
You will manage agricultural lease areas
You will organize participation in public procurement procedures
You will contribute to cross-departmental long-term projects
You will communicate with various departments within SWK companies/NGN and with departments of the municipal administration

What we are looking for:

You have completed training as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification, and preferably have relevant professional experience in real estate management or the legal field
You have knowledge of MS Office applications, SAP, and ideally also Lovion View and Lovion Float
You possess teamwork skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently with planning and organizational skills
You have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
