- Provide services in various settings, such as homes, schools, or courts, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Ensure all medical, dental, and educational needs are met and maintain child records.

Responsibilities
Program Overview
The Family Service Worker (FSW) collaborates with the Department of Children Services (DCS) to support youths and families under custody in Tennessee.
Position Summary

Access to leadership support during challenging situations.
Comprehensive training schedule to enhance clinical skills.
Flexible, non-traditional schedule based on youth and family availability.
Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle for work purposes, and auto insurance.
Mileage reimbursement provided for Community Based staff.
Salary
$58000 annually, based on education and clinical license.
QualificationsRequirements
A Bachelor's degree in social services is mandatory.
Acceptable degrees: social work, drug/alcohol education, psychology, criminal justice, guidance counseling, or marriage/family therapy. Other degrees will be evaluated for eligibility.
Prior case management experience is advantageous.
Familiarity with Foster Care and DCS operations is desired.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
Basic computer proficiency.
Flexible scheduling capabilities.
Must have a personal vehicle and liability insurance for work purposes.
Clean driving record with three or fewer violations in the past 36 months.
